There's a famous saying that goes "Rome wasn't built in a day," and it applies to anything worth doing in life. Success requires time, effort, and patience, whether it's developing a new skill, starting a business, or developing a creative passion.

When we start something new, it's simple to get swept up in the anticipation of the early stages, dreaming of the rewards and possibilities that lie ahead. Many times, as we dive deeper into the work, we quickly discover that progress is often slow and challenging, we procrastinate and leave it for another day.

The reality is that anything worth doing requires time and effort to reach success. It's the daily commitment, the small victories, and the steady progress that ultimately add up to the big wins. There will be days when we feel like giving up, but it's in those moments that we need to remind ourselves of the bigger picture and keep pushing forward.

We experience failures, and setbacks, all of which can be demoralizing. Yet, it's crucial to keep in mind that every successful person has gone through these difficulties; what sets apart the winners from the losers is the capacity to endure through them.

About Winners

Today we want to talk about what can be achieved when a target is set, and effort is applied. Constantly, grinding all challenges, without giving up! Today we talk about our colleague, your community leader and Aerovek’s SW developer Rene!

Rene is a prime example of how hard work and dedication can lead to incredible achievements. When he first started out, he had zero knowledge in coding. However, he was determined to learn, and his dedication was relentless. With clear goals in his mind, he applied his dedication for the good of the Aerovek project and community with remarkable results for his hands-on experience as a SW developer.

He overcame a slow internet connection, MultiversX API restrictions and remained undeterred. From developing a Telegram info bot regarding Aerovek Staking Agency and $AERO he continued on learning Rust language in order to be able to create Smart Contracts. And after many sleepless nights and various projects, with the help of the fantastic MultiversX Dev community he is on the verge of launching his first major SmartContract for the newly and improved $AERO ESDT staking.

Throughout his journey, Rene faced many obstacles and setbacks. There were days when he felt frustrated and overwhelmed, but he persevered through it all. His hard work and commitment paid off, and today he is regarded as one of the most talented and respected developers in the MultiversX community.

Rene's story is a testament to the power of dedication and hard work. It shows that with the right mindset and a willingness to learn, anyone can achieve their goals and make a real impact, even in the challenging world of blockchain software developing one.
